This page is maintained by the Offered team to answer common security and privacy questions about Offered.ai. It is editable app content, not an independent certification or third-party audit.
Access & authentication
- Candidates and partners sign in via single-use email magic links (24-hour expiry).
- Admins sign in with email and password on a separate admin login.
- Application data is protected by row-level security in our managed Postgres database, scoping records to the signed-in account.
Platform & hosting
Offered.ai is built on Lovable Cloud, which provides our managed backend, database, authentication, file storage, and edge function runtime. This describes platform capabilities we use; it is not a Lovable-issued certification.
Data we collect
- Candidate profile information you provide (name, contact, work history, preferences, resume).
- Partner profile information (company, role, capacity).
- Usage events on public job pages used to improve the product.
How your data is used
- To match candidates with partners who can make warm introductions.
- To send transactional emails (magic links, intro requests, status updates).
- Internal workflow notes and partner decline reasons are never shown to candidates.
Subprocessors & integrations
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, auth, storage, edge functions, email delivery.
- Fillout — candidate and partner intake forms.
- Stripe — payments for the Accelerated package.
Retention & deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Records required for legal or financial obligations (e.g. completed payments) may be retained for the period required by law.
